DineGuides does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or any personal information. We collect anonymous usage data to understand how people use the site and to improve the experience:
- Pages visited and time spent (via PostHog analytics)
- Anonymous session recordings to understand scrolling and navigation patterns (via PostHog)
- Basic performance metrics like page load times (via Vercel Analytics)
None of this data is tied to your identity. We cannot identify who you are from this data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember your language preference. Third-party services we use (PostHog, Mediavine Grow) may also set cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Advertising
DineGuides may display ads through Mediavine or other ad partners. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. Restaurant scores and rankings on DineGuides are never influenced by advertising. We do not accept paid placements.
